Thank you for considering purchasing our Groupon/Living Social Deal!
We have put together a little FAQ for you containing questions you may have regarding our Groupon/Living Social offer.

Groupon/Living Social deals are for new clients ONLY, they may not be used by past or existing clients. It may not be combined with any other offers.

 

HOW DO I REDEEM MY VOUCHER AND SCHEDULE MY SESSION?

If you purchased your Groupon/Living Social deal directly through us you're already set. If you purchased through the Groupon/Living Social site please contact us through our online form to schedule your session.  We recommend contacting us before purchasing your voucher to assure that we have your date available. Please note: when you purchase directly through Groupon/Living Social we are not provided with your contact information and are unable to schedule your session until we are contacted.

HOW SOON SHOULD I SCHEDULE MY PORTRAIT SESSION?

We recommend scheduling your portrait session 2-6 weeks in advance to assure availability. Some weeks have more availability than others depending on our schedule and holidays.

WHAT TYPE OF SESSION CAN I USE THIS TOWARDS AND WHAT DOES THE GROUPON/LIVING SOCIAL DEAL INCLUDE?

This voucher is valid towards a maternity or boudoir session. It does not apply towards headshots, bridal portraits, weddings or engagement sessions.

The voucher deal includes:

  • Pre-Session Consultation

  • 60 Minutes Photography Session

  • Custom Image Editing

  • $50 Print credit towards the purchase of prints or products

CAN I ADD ADDITIONAL TIME AND PERSON(S) TO MY SESSION?

Yes. Additional person(s) may be added for a fee of $20/pp. Additional 60 minutes may be purchased for $100.

CAN I BUY A VOUCHER DEAL AS A GIFT FOR FAMILY OR FRIENDS?

Yes, you can buy multiples to give as gifts. However, they cannot reside in the same household or use more than 1.

WHAT DAYS DO SESSIONS TAKE PLACE AND ARE WEEKEND DATES AVAILABLE?

Portrait sessions take place Monday -Thursday, however, some weekend dates are available. Weekend availability is very limited and requires an additional fee of $25.

WHAT LOCATIONS DO YOU SHOOT AT?

Most of our  sessions are on-location which can include your home, a park and most publicly accessible locations. Currently the voucher deal is only available in the South Florida area. Should the desired location require a permit or a fee to photograph in, then the client would be responsible for paying those applicable fees.

CAN MY SESSION BE HELD AT A HOTEL OR STUDIO LOCATION?

Absolutely! Hotel sessions are available for an extra fee.

WILL YOU TRAVEL FOR MY SESSION?

The voucher deal covers travel 10 miles from zip-code 33134 sessions. Any further travel will be billed at $1/mile roundtrip.

DO YOU PROVIDE HAIR AND MAKEUP?

Yes. Hair & Makeup services may be purchased at an additional fee.

CAN MY SESSION BE AT MORE THAN ONE LOCATION?

Due to time constraints (unless extra time is purchased) we cannot shoot your session at multiple locations.

DO YOU ALLOW FOR OUTFIT CHANGES?

Again, due to time constraints, outfit changes are not allowed for these sessions. Additional time may be purchased if you'd like to have different looks for your session.

ARE THERE ANY PRINTS INCLUDED WITH THE GROUPON/LIVING SOCIAL DEAL?

Due to the highly discounted rate of the voucher deal prints and products are not included in the sessions.

HOW MANY FINAL IMAGES WILL I GET TO SEE AND CHOOSE FROM MY SESSION?

You can expect to view anywhere from 20-40 final images in your final viewing gallery.

HOW LONG AFTER MY SESSION CAN I VIEW MY IMAGES?

14-21 days after your session is completed we will email a link to a password protected gallery of final watermarked images. With this link you will be able to order prints, products and digital images.

DO I HAVE TO PURCHASE ANY PRINTS OR PRODUCTS?

Of course not, you are under no obligation to purchase any prints, products, or digital images from us. All you have to do is let us know.

DO YOU OFFER DIGITAL IMAGES FOR PURCHASE?

Yes. If you'd like to purchase high resolution digital images we currently offer bundles of 5, 10, 15 or the full gallery.

HOW SOON WILL I RECEIVE MY PRINTS ONCE I HAVE PLACED MY ORDER?

Final prints and products will be available approximately 4-6 weeks after your order is placed. Depending on the time of year and if you order specialty items this timeframe may be longer. We will contact you when your prints are available. Rush processing is available at a nominal fee depending on your order size.

WHERE CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?

Digital images are delivered via a password protected online gallery and prints are delivered or mailed (additional fees will be incurred to cover shipping costs).

IF I WANT TO PURCHASE A LARGER PACKAGE FOR MY SESSION DO YOU OFFER PAYMENT PLANS?

Yes! We offer the opportunity to pay off your session in installments. However, final balance must be paid in full 7 days before your portrait session. Payment plans for prints, products and digital images are also available. However, products are not delivered until paid in full.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY FOR THE VOUCHER?

If you need to cancel or reschedule your photo session for any reason, please give us at least 72 hours written notice. If you fail to do so, your Groupon/Living Social voucher will be used to cover our cancellation fee and you will not be rescheduled.. We understand things come up and we will work with you if we are given proper notice. A rescheduling fee of $25 is applicable to reschedule your session. Only one cancellation and/or reschedule is permitted. Remember there are lots of others who would love your space, so do not commit to a time or date unless you are 100% committed to it.
