Thank you for considering purchasing our Groupon/Living Social Deal!
We have put together a little FAQ for you containing questions you may have regarding our Groupon/Living Social offer.

Groupon/Living Social deals are for new clients ONLY, they may not be used by past or existing clients. It may not be combined with any other offers.


How do I redeem my voucher and schedule my wedding?

If you purchased your Groupon/Living Social deal directly through us you're already set. If you purchased through the Groupon/Living Social site please contact us through our contact form to schedule your wedding.  We recommend contacting us before purchasing your voucher to assure that we have your date available. Please note: when you purchase directly through Groupon/Living Social we are not provided with your contact information and are unable to schedule your wedding until we are contacted and our booking process is completed.

What type of session can I use this towards and what does the Groupon/Living Social Deal include?

Our current deal is 25% off towards our 4,6 and 8 hour wedding photography packages. It is not valid towards our basic 2 hour wedding photography package. You can view our package options here: Wedding Investment

How soon should I schedule my wedding?

We recommend scheduling your wedding as soon as possible to assure availability. Some weeks have more availability than others depending on our schedule and holidays. Currently we are only honoring vouchers towards 2021 weddings.

What do I need to do in order to confirm my wedding with your studio?

In order to confirm your wedding date on our calendars we require a non-refundable retainer and signed agreement. We do want to note that we are a first come, first served business. Which means if another person submits their retainer and agreement first, despite not being the first to inquire, they will get that time slot.

What payment options do we have and do you accept credit cards?

Once the retainer is paid we offer flexible payment option (if time permits) and as long as the final balance is paid by the due date. We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard and Zelle. Personal checks and cashier's checks are accepted but will not be applied until they have cleared.

What other products do you offer?

We offer prints, canvases, albums and other products. We've also recently started offering "Gift Registry" options to clients who'd like to have their friends, family and guests contribute to their package choices.

Can I buy a voucher deal as a gift for family or friends?

Yes, you can buy multiples to give as gifts. However, they cannot reside in the same household or use more than 1.

What days can we choose and are weekend dates available?

Weekdays are an option as long as the studio is available on your date. Weekend availability is very limited and requires an additional fee especially during peak wedding season.

What areas do you work in?

Our home base area are the Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties.

Will you travel for my session?

We travel throughout Florida, nationwide and internationally. If travel is required outside of our local service area an additional fee will be invoiced.

Do you provide hair and makeup?

Yes. On-location hair & makeup services may be purchased at an additional fee.

Can my wedding be at more than one location?

If the package you purchase allows for travel to another location in the allotted timeframe then yes, otherwise, additional time will need to be purchased.

Are there any prints or albums included with the Groupon/Living Social Deal?

Due to the highly discounted rate of the voucher deal prints and products are not included in the packages. However, they can be purchased as an add-on.

How many final images will I get and how will I get them?

All final digital images are delivered via an online gallery in jpg format. Which will be delivered via email with a link and password to access. As for final images we do not guarantee a set amount of final images.

How long after my wedding will I get my digital images and products?

Online galleries take about 8-12 weeks to be delivered depending on the time of year and your place in our queue. Product delivery varies by the type of product(s) chosen.

Where can I pick up my order?

Digital images are delivered via a password protected online gallery and prints are delivered personally (if local) or mailed if the client lives out of our area. Additional fees will be incurred to cover shipping costs.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel or reschedule your for any reason, we ask that you give us at least 30 days written notice. You will be required to sign a cancellation agreement and you forfeit your retainer. We understand things happen and sometimes need to reschedule. If we are available, we can apply the retainer towards the new date and a new agreement would need to be signed.
